Aaron is that guy. The one that gets shit done. He not only does it, he does it with heart and always exceeds our expectations.

He has two decades of experience in regenerative hospitality as all of the things. From restaurant owner operator of the acclaimed Sommertown Aristologist, to farmer, wine maker and project director. Aaron is a dead set legend at taking a crazy idea and making it real.

Damien Coulthard.

Curator of Culture

Damien is Co-Founder of Warndu with his wife and our Founder Rebecca. A proud Adnyamathanha man of the Flinders Ranges and Co-Author of First Nations Food Companion and Warndu Mai.

He has two decades of experience in Indigenous Education, wrangling being his specialty. As well as being a core part of the First Nations languages program for the Education Department. As well as being an Internationally acclaimed artist, though he would never tell you that, Damien has vast experience curating cultural experiences and events and project management in the First Nations food and culture space.

Alicia Pope.

Cultivation Coordinator

When you work with us, you will no doubt get to work with Alicia. Our all round wrangler, she makes sure your emails are answered, your calls are returned and your seeds are sewn.

She has more nearly two decades experience working in retail and media as well as being on the Climate Connect committee, Alicia is almost always found in her garden or working on ways to make the world a better place, including our office.
